Rare hen pintail 1940 from the Harold Neilson rig, 75 decoys were sold to the Decoy Shop in Carmel, this was one of those. The paint colors are similar to a hen mallard except the white goes up the chest to the neck and the speculum is white and yellow, mallards are blue and white
